There has always been a love for barbeque amongst CJ and his friends. It seemed as if gatherings become more about who could smoke a better pork butt rather than getting the friends and families together. In bragging about his successes to one of his new customer's, CJ found the world of competitive BBQing and wanted his friends to join him in the fun. So we launced Bird's Pit Crew and here we sit 3 competitions in, wanting to share our success with family and friends.
